a territory sales manager.� As featured

to meet the tremendous growth in our Construction and Industrial markets.
In this role you will work with new and existing
commercial and government organizations, building long term customer
relationships. You will work with a broad range of used and unused
construction and industrial equipment, selling our auction, eCommerce
and consignment services. You will work with companies in various
industries, including construction, machinery and equipment sales and rental,
material handling, mining, transportation, utilities, government, etc.�
This is a senior sales position, and looking for a
senior sales level candidate.� You will
aggressively source new business opportunities as well as maintain existing
relationships through a combination of techniques, including networking, cold
ing, advertising, direct ings with follow-up, and other proactive
prospecting methods.
Responsibilities include:
Have a comprehensive knowledge of new and used
heavy equipment sales in the areas of construction, transportation,
material handling, utilities, etc.
Consult with customers on the valuation and sales
estimates of heavy machinery and equipment.
Drive revenue through fees associated with our
professional auction and consignment services � without sacrificing
integrity
Develop a strategy and plan to effectively
develop and manage your assigned territory
Conduct and present research on various equipment
segments, industries and product lines
Developing and delivering superior proposals and
presentations showing business value to customers and prospects
Assist with production of online auctions,
including equipment inspections, operations, photography, inventory
management and customer interaction
Establish strong, honest, long-term relationships
with senior management within target accounts
Background and Qualifications include:
Background in the areas which would be helpful
include: new and used heavy equipment sales, equipment rental,
machinery and equipment distributor, business valuation and appraisal
consulting, equipment financing and equipment lease, consignment services
and auctions, etc.
At least 10 years of proven sales experience,
including outsidefield sales
Proven revenue attainment record through
proactive lead generation and consultative selling techniques
Have excellent oral and written communication
skills
Have excellent business presentation skills
Good analytical and research skills
Proficiency in basic computer skills and
applications
Familiarity and experience with internet
technologies and sales
Experience with buying andor selling over the
internet would be beneficial
Self
motivated with skills and attitude to excel in a start-up
entrepreneurial environment
