Should you even try?
Well, that depends, do you have any other options, like will someone else pay your bills? Don't pay any attention to unemployment rates. The only unemployment rate you need to focus on is your personal one. At the moment, you are out of work, so your personal unemployment rate is 100%. When you get a job, your personal unemployment rate will be 0%. Now come on, you only need one opening somewhere. So, shake yourself, kick yourself in the butt, or whatever it takes to get back on your feet and go on. You can do this. Better days are ahead for you. You will get through this.
