Why are they working and I'm not?
Ok - the news is that we should all be taking out money out of the big banks and going for the small, local ones. Check. Until I get around to it, my money is in a big bank that has been overtaken twice in the past year. I guess my bank is now Chase. After checking my on-line account, I noticed that I'm missing several thousand dollars so, I give the good peeps at Chase a . I had to do ALL the trouble-shooting with the CSR. They knew nothing about anything. I had to do their job for them. I even thought to ask right before I hung up, has this happened to others? "Yes." Wouldn't you think I'd want to know that? When the started off, I mentioned the issue and, phony as hell, the CSR said, "I AM sorry about that, I DO apologize." Have you ever noticed that when someone says "I DO apologize." they never mean it? Something about adding that additional word "do"... The CSR hit another nerve with me, "Honestly,...blah, blah, blah" No - don't be honest with me - baffle me with bullshit. Why is this person employed and I'm not? Why is this person employed? LOL. Nothing like ending a even more upset than you were before you made the because of terrible customer service. I had to lead the entire process. Really, I felt like I was training them. Its especially frustrating to encounter horrible business peeps when I'm unemployed and can do a better job than those working. Just felt like venting. BTW, Wamu-JPMorgan-Chase seems to have misplaced peeps money so, if you bank with them, check your account. LOL - you money might have accidentally slipped into someone's bonus.
